Refund Policy
Payments for subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for AIIPWorld. Refunds are issued through the same payment system. SKYSEED TECH LLC operates the service.
Failed and timed-out jobs
If a conversion fails or times out, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- First payment: 14-day full refund. If you ask within 14 days of your first subscription payment, we refund that payment in full. The credits it granted are removed from your balance.
- Renewals are not refundable. Renewal payments are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over, so unused plan credits are not carried forward or refunded in cash.
Credit packs
- Credits in a pack do not expire.
- Credit packs are not refundable, whether or not any of their credits have been used.
- If we do refund a pack as a goodwill exception, the credits it added are removed from your balance.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Include the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt and a short reason. Please write to us before opening a chargeback with your bank, so that we can help first.
We review each request and reply as soon as we can. We cannot promise a specific response time. If a refund is approved, the money goes back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Requests we may decline
If we close an account for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy, we do not refund subscription fees or credits that have been used. If we believe we closed an account by mistake, we may restore access or credits at our discretion.
